This quiet, small town is a perfect place to professionally record your video podcast - just minutes away from the busy Des Moines metro. Space includes a soundproofed video podcast studio with sound panel walls, carpet, wood paneling and grey/black sound pad back drops. Existing lighting is installed but can be adapted to fit your unique use. This room was designed for 1-4 people to fit comfortably during interview style podcasts. Chairs, table, and other furniture is availably depending on rental needs. Aside from the podcast room, renters can access our dark and moody waiting area and common area. Ideal for professional and lifestyle photography, talking head video content and related uses.
