Owners will not be responsible under any circunstances for accidents or deaths occurring inside or outside the house.

Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule so during your stay a staff member might go to you pool to complete the cleaning. They will not enter the home only the back patio area.
There will be no refunds due to weather problems, early check-out, and interruption of any service due to maintenance problems that arise before or after guests' reservations. There will be not refunds for internet or cable outages in the area that we do not have control over Resorts are not managed by the owner and any interruption in services by the resort such as clubhouse amenities and access are not the responsibility of property owners. No refunds will be given for this reason.
THE PROPERTY OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSSES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. FURTHER, AND MORE SPECIFICALLY, THE PROPERTY OWNER, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INJURIES OR OTHER DAMAGES INCURRED AS THE RESULT OF GUEST'S USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL, OR INSIDE/ OUTSIDE THE HOME. SWIMMING IS AT THE GUEST'S OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING ALLOWED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VALUBLES LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT.
All our vacation homes are self-catering. That means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent 1 roll of paper tower 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 1 small bar soap per bathroom 1 garbage bag per bin 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash per bathroom 1 dishwashing capsules in the kitchen -All bedding,bath towels pool towels are provided for used inside the house(Towels are not allowed to be remover from the house), however wash cloths are not provided for sanitary reasons. We recommend you purchase or bring Beach/Pool towels ( for the Clubhouse or Beach )as those are also not permit due to the possible removal of towels from the property.
The owners reserve the right to charge guests for damages to the space documented by the housekeeper. Hosts may also require a security/damage deposit in the form of payment that the guest would provide on Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle at the beginning of the reservation. As long as there is no damage to the space, this deposit will be returned to them at the end of the booking within 3 business days.
