Large loft space located in Union Square, Somerville to host your photoshoots, meetings, galleries, and more! The space also includes three smaller offices, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with access to a full fridge. Our main space includes several moveable tables and chairs that can host approximately 15 people. This location is accessible via T and surrounded by several restaurants, and a delicious coffee shop right next door!

We will charge a cleaning fee of $250 per rental to ensure that the space is cleaned in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
