To ensure you have an incredible stay in our beautiful city. Please read and follow these important rules.
Do not stain or spill on the couch, pillows, blankets or rugs fine of $200 will incur for any stains found at all
Do not touch or break blinds use the rod to adjust
Do not burn any of the candles in the apartment
Do not deliver mail or packages to house, leverage Amazon pickup locations and PO Boxes.
No smoking or tampering with smoke detectors which will be fined at $500
No pets, any detection of pets in or out will be fined at $750
No makeup on white towels or sheets. Please use personal makeup wipes and paper towels to keep sheets and towels white. Stains found on sheets or towels will be fined $200
Quiet hours are from 10p ET - 7a ET. No Loud noises allowed
Breaking an item will incur costs of $300 if not reported during stay. Let us know if there is any prior damage in the unit within 5 hours of check in

Thorough cleaning process followed by professional licensed cleaners
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
