NEW Industrial Event-Studio space in Downtown Hollywood
About the Space
We are a new Space that has a beautiful blank canvas for any production set to transform and make their own. Our space is about 1 400 sq/ft. with a private area that is about 400 sq/ft for a small podcast set, photography, smaller events, conference room, networking events, meetings, etc., and a larger space that is about 1000 sq/ft for studio production, photography, podcast, and so much more. There is a capacity limit of 30 people. At this space, we do have equipment for rent that would be cheaper than renting anywhere else since you are using the space. We have backdrop stands and lighting for photography and video production, and we have plenty of outlets that can support multiple electronics.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
