About the Space

Welcome to The Green Parakeet Pool Home! This private home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, along with a sleeper sofa in the extra living room. There is a sectional sofa in the main living room and a kitchen with peninsula and bar seating. There is a breakfast nook with benches and chairs for meals. Each bedroom features a different themed wallpaper - cheetahs, monkeys, or peacocks! Along with flamingo wallpaper in the extra living room. The backyard features a firepit, cabana with seating and gas grill, pool chaise loungers, a pool and spa that can be heated for an additional fee. There is also a cornhole game for the backyard! Mountain views from the front and backyards. Ten minute drive to Downtown PS and near the 111 and 10 freeways for visiting other destinations.

  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
