About the Space
Hello and Wander in to our shared space! A 1000 sq/ft. Hard loft photography and creators studio located in Corktown, Toronto’s historic east end. Originally a knitting and textile factory in the early 1900s, this industrial-age gem has changed several times since World War II to be home to a furniture company, a greeting card manufacturer, and a cotton factory. In 1997 it was fully converted into the live-work artist studios it is today. This brick + beam second floor walk-up has many unique features including 14’ ceilings, original hardwood floors, mid century artistic styling, filled with beautiful plant life, and large industrial north-west facing windows making it ideal for that diffused warm golden-hour natural light. Our location is ideal for fashion, editorial, and portrait photography, along with commercial film shoots, e-comm, podcasts, creative workshops, yoga or group breathwork sessions. This is your multipurpose space that can fulfill almost any creative need. Welcome all artists, brands, photographers, influencers, creators and light-seekers! Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Nadine was incredibly helpful and easy to work with! She had set up the space for my workshop before I arrived based on a prior discussion so my prep on arrival was very simple. The space was very cozy and beautifully curated.
