Welcome to our Studio! Here are some things you can look forward to! Natural light Boudoir friendly Aperture 120d Light Amaran 150C light 280 square feet Plenty of parking Safe Location White Hard Wood Floors Clean Restrooms Multiple colored backdrops - red - olive green - white - black The outdoor area is only available Mon-fri. 9:00am -3:00pm OUTSIDE AREA WILL BE CLOSED NOVEMBER 27TH, 28TH & 29TH PLEASE NOTE * Set up and break down must be done within your booked time. * Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. * No littering / damaging property in or outside of the studio - if proceeded a minimum fine of $200 can be asked to cover damages and cleaning fees

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Lillian was an amazing host! Not only did she provide a high quality studio, she also provided a 12/10 experience. She made sure both my client and I were comfortable the entire time, and even went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone looking for a variety of photos in a creative space.
