About the Space

Located in historic North Park and easily accessible from the 5, 163, and 805 freeways. This large modern yard is perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, music videos, model shoots, outdoor shoots and more! The private backyard features a 12'x24' heated saltwater pool with a 6" baja ledge, 6 person saltwater hot tub, a large covered deck with cafe lights and outdoor dining, grill area with minifridge and 65" TV, pergola with lounge seating area and 85" TV, large gas fire pit with modern Adirondack chairs, porcelain pavers and artificial grass walkways throughout the yard. Landscaping is lighted and there are electrical outlets available in numerous areas. Rental is for the outdoor space only. Access is available from the front yard and rear alley way with ample parking in either location. Interior access for bathroom and changing room are available. Prior arrangements must be made for interior access. Additional fees may apply.

General Rules - No smoking - No pets - No running - No diving - No glass - Keep noise levels respectful OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Any Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is required Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture can be removed for an additional fee. Smoke machines are allowed Nudity is allowed SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES Security cameras are located on the deck and front door. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement. Flat fee of $100 to turn the gas heater on the pool (solar heat will always be on).
