This space is located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for professionals, editors, students, small business owners, etc. Our space is only accessible via one flight of stairs. There are two restrooms on-site. What's Included: Our space is equipped with a Macbook Pro M1 with a 4K Samsung monitor, an HP printer with black-only ink along with computer speakers. NOTE: All of our spaces are monitored with 24/7 video surveillance cameras for security and liability reasons. For your privacy, we DO NOT record audio and will also not honor any request to disable the video surveillance cameras for any reason.
