Inner City Multi Purpose Studio

Super private and very quiet small studio in office suites building. Building itself is very old so if you appreciate that sort of setting this place is for you. This Studio Can be used for multi-purposes, I myself record a podcast out of this location, and have taken pictures, the table inside makes it a perfect place for a meeting/gathering. Studio can comfortably fit 8 people. Comes with three settings.. 1) table for meetings or work station with 4 chairs. 2) couch with comfy chair, great for interviewing, or visiting/entertaining. 3) plain work area for backdrop/photoshoot. Has coffee maker inside for your enjoyment. As well as water bottles for your convenience. Alcohol is ok, but please let me know. And a bathroom is a few feet away. This location is on a Busy street "Garey" Near the 10 freeway. Has private ample parking in the rear of the building. And is Wheelchair accessible. I do not supply recording devices, tripods, or extra lighting. No Wifi. This is a no smoking building. And the obvious no parties allowed. Perfect to work peacefully in a cute quiet atmosphere.
