About the Space
Welcome to our private, secluded event space, conveniently located just off Hwy 78 at Emerald Dr. in Vista, featuring 800 ft of space, refreshingly decorated with a plant theme to enhance your event aesthetic. Features a comfortable, furnished lobby at the entrance, then a large rectangular room, kitchen with large sink, microwave, and plenty of counter space, plus a restroom. Accommodates up to 35 people. Extra, small room in back suitable to makeshift into private space/dressing room, etc.). There is a 4-hour minimum for all bookings. Receive a 20% discount for renting 8+ hours. Standard rate $65/hour + $25 cleaning fee without food, $65 cleaning fee with food + $100 security deposit (returned afterwards if all agreements are fulfilled). Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Despite the hosts being responsive and attempting to help the situation, this space was very uncomfortable for our guests. The room is in a basement area with no air flow. The a/c wall unit blew out warm air and no matter what we did to fix it the air unit never made the room any cooler. All of us were sweating and would have rather stood outside then been in the stuffy room with fans blowing around warm stale air. I would not book this again. If you do book, ask the host to turn the a/c on at least an hour before your booking. They kept saying to just “give it time” to kick in. But the a/c unit turned itself off every few minutes anyways so it was very annoying to deal with and was an unfortunate situation for our guests.
