Street parking, plus a large section of our parking lot is available for use (free).

While we welcome most outside food, cooking (other than use of available microwave) is not allowed on-site. Hot plate(s) allowed upon request/approval from Venue Provider. Food with a strong smell that may cause a nuisance to any neighboring persons/rooms is not allowed. Please note, there is no refrigerator in the kitchen. You may bring your own alcohol, given that your proof of alcohol insurance policy is provided to the event space coordinator ahead of the rental date and approval to bring alcohol is obtained from the space coordinator. No smoking of any kind, fires, cooking, or pets (service animals are OK with prior approval from the host). Leave the space in the same condition as you found it in, respect the space and tidy up after yourselves; remove everything you bring in, and factor setup/take down time in your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls. Tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Maximum 45 people allowed at once. No loitering or hanging out in front of the building. No decorations, balloons, signage allowed in front of the building without prior approval. Glitter, confetti, slime and play dough are NOT allowed: $100 additional cleaning fee charged if any is found. Renter is responsible for any damage to/on property, stained furniture, and items taken from the space. The shower room may NOT be used; do not tamper with "Employees Only" sign on shower door. Thermostat is NOT to be used/tampered with at all (space always remains a good temperature, due to being lower level). The entrance door to the space must be securely locked, the key must be placed back into the lock box at the end of your rental period, and the box must be locked by scrambling the numbers well to ensure the access code is not displayed. Failure to lock the door or lock the key in the lock box will result in a $150 fine if there's no evidence of an unauthorized person entering the space after your use, or $500 if there is evidence of an unauthorized person entering the space after your use.
