We have many off-street parking spaces available for our clients, once they arrive the parking spaces are located at the back of the building.

Studio has no windows, lighting is completely controlled by artificial light.

The place is quiet, the ambient noise is minimal, it is a completely new building, located on a commercial street but it is very quiet with the environment controlled

Shooting is only allowed inside the studio

The studio has electrical connection outlets for regular equipment, power intense equipment they are not allowed

• Renter shall remove all personal property, trash, and other items that were not present in the venue or a cleaning fee may apply. Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests while Renter is in control of the venue. •No smoking in and outside the studio • No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs. • No Food are Allowed • People who are under the influence of illegal substances are not allowed. • No pets allowed without prior consent of a Company representative. • Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. • Due to the limitation of space, only people who are participating in the session are allowed inside the study. If it is a minor, an adult companion can enter, the others must wait in the waiting area.

Everything that moves from its place must be returned to its same place. If something breaks during the movement, the cost of the item must be covered by the person responsible for renting the hours of use.
