Noise control: The production team must ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially during late hours or early mornings, to avoid disturbing neighbors or other tenants in the vicinity. 4. Parking arrangements: The production team must adhere to the designated parking areas and ensure that they do not block any driveways or access points. Any parking violations will be the responsibility of the production company. 5. Security measures: The production team must follow all security protocols provided by the property owner, including locking doors and windows when leaving the premises. They should also be mindful of any security systems in place and avoid tampering with them. 6. Cleanliness and waste disposal: The production team is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the rental period. They must dispose of all waste properly in designated bins or follow any specific waste management guidelines provided by the property owner. 7. Restricted areas: The production team must respect any areas that are off-limits or restricted within the property. These areas will be clearly communicated and should not be accessed without prior permission. 8. Insurance coverage: The production company must provide proof of comprehensive liability insurance coverage before the rental period begins. This insurance should cover any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the production. 9. Compliance with local laws and regulations: The production team must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and permits related to filming activities. They should obtain any necessary permits and licenses required for their production. 10. Timely departure: The production team must vacate the premises promptly at the agreed-upon time. Any extension of the rental period should be discussed and agreed upon in advance. 11. Additional agreements: Any additional agreements or specific requirements should be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing between the property owner and the production company.
