About the Space
a full service restaurant with a large, modern kitchen. The space would comfortably accommodate a movie or video crew and could easily support the production of restaurant related content, bar scenes and the like. The restaurant is also located on a beautiful tree lined street which could serve to further provide locations both outside and inside the venue.

Pitanga is located on a tree-lined residential street in Bushwick Brooklyn. The parking available is street parking so it is first come, first serve. With some advance notice, we could secure some limited parking.

Security cameras and recording devices
This is a large, 4000sf restaurant. We have 16 security cameras to protect our location, our staff and for liability. There are no cameras in private areas like bathrooms, for example. Only in the main rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The restaurant is professionally cleaned daily and cleaned intermittently during the day. We use alcohol-based sanitizers for cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
