About the Space
The studio is a perfect place for creatives looking to build content for social media, photo shoots, small production crews, listening parties, dance sessions and small events. Located near major highways 75/85 and I20, this creative space is perfect for you and your team. The ceativity box is approximately 600 sq ft. it includes access to various color backdrops for photography, cool set ups for creative projects and access and usage of to set pieces, props, backdrops, lighting, mirrors, chairs, etc. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE... This space offers use of the room as is with pre-set, creative set designs or as a blank canvas for your vision. All objects in the space can be used by the guest if needed. Access to podcast equipmet, micropohnes, additional lights, production crew and team are also of use to the guest upon request. We are a smedium space that packs a big bang. We welcome anyone creative to utilize the space for any of their needs. We are happy to add team members and resources upon request for any and all projects or events.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our professional cleaning company services the space between bookings and several times each month to ensure a clean environment. Public areas, including bathrooms, are cleaned and maintained by the building owner. If you encounter any issues with these areas, please notify us, and we will do our best to address them promptly. At the end of your rental, we kindly ask that you empty all trash cans into the outside bins. Your cooperation helps us maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests and future rentals. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
