Just a heads up, we are strict on a few policies to ensure everyone has a great experience! You agree to the following... - No Smoking, - No smoking - We do allow up to 2 pets. $100 for fist pet and $50 for second. If you do not disclose bringing an animal, there's a $500 charge. - Keep it clean. Be gentle. Be respectful. Be careful with the house and treat it as if it were your own. - Leave the house exactly how you found it when you checked in. - Pick up after yourself and load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher. - We have one of a kind, handmade and vintage pieces from all over the world. You agree to be careful with items in the house so everyone can keep enjoying them. - We have a Septic System for toilet use. Don’t discard anything in the toilet other than toilet paper because it will clog. - We live in a quiet neighborhood. No loud noises. We respect desert living. Keep our neighborhood peaceful. Sound carries incredibly far. No noise outside past 8:30pm. - Follow check out instructions before you leave. - This isn’t a house rule, but just a heads up… the desert is a very fragile place… respect her. No graffiti or art on the rocks, no hammocks on Joshua Tree’s (it destroys them), make sure trash gets thrown away (if not, it hurts the wildlife), this is a small town - we ask for kindness and being respectful.
