About the Space
Our country house is set on the outskirts of London in 20+ acres with access to a beautiful 500 year old barn set in front of a 60m x 40m ménage, including 10 stables. The house consists of a modern traditional farmhouse, kitchen with two beautiful large afire places. The house also has its own private front garden which is connected to the property. That includes access to the swimming pool. The entrance to the property is gated and the access is down a tree lined driveway that opens up into the car park and yard area. The site includes parking for over 15 cars and 4 lorries. The property is cleaned on a daily/weekly basis by professional cleaners. All surfaces are wiped down with antibacterial cleaner.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
