About the Space
Cool jazzy, and inspirational event lounge designed to host small events for 25 or less. Great for charity fundraisers, Bridal Showers, networking events, business seminars, small dinner parties, and more! We are Located on the Avenue of Fashion Detroit (7mile / Livernois), conveniently located in the heart of Detroit's west side.

General Rules
NO smoking.
Alcohol allowed w/ proper state cabaret license.
Outside catering allowed.
After the event, cleaning required.
No destruction of property.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras play throughout the building on the interior and exterior.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The building is professionally cleaned. Want to as needed basis
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
