Costa Mesa Creative Studio Loft with Photo Wall & Natural Light

We (Eli and Maleah Stirdivant) found this industrial mini-warehouse as an empty shell after months of searching for the right space that we could create into a creative hub for ourselves, and now it's ready to be shared! Every piece of decor, furniture, and art has been hand-picked by us to create a space that evokes unique thought, creativity, and new ideas. It's also walking distance from multiple incredible coffee shops like Daydream and Moongoat! Before officially opening we have already made some awesome memories through our own events, photoshoots, and collaborations, including a fashion shoot featured on Complex Magazine. Originally designed as a recording and rehearsal space for Sadie (the local band that calls this their home studio), it can also be used in many ways such as photo or video shoots, practicing or rehearsing music , recording podcasts, hosting a meeting or small event (such as an art show, musical performance, or movie screening), painting, dancing, designing or simply just getting inspired and creating awesome ideas. There's a 9 foot wide and 11 foot tall photo backdrop + green screen, a loft for thinking or chatting (or photos), a soundproofed and acoustically treated 7x7 drum room for recording isolated audio, a giant rolling garage door, a working vintage 1980's TV (great for photos), Bang & Olufsen 7700 vinyl record/cassette tape player (plus a 1960's-90's vinyl collection), a huge skylight, and a bathroom. There's also plenty of recording/musical equipment and instruments, such as a drum kit, electric bass guitar, Synth keyboard, a PA system, and a working vintage 2 tiered synth organ piano. Also some good wifi. Even if you and your peoples just need a spot to hang and mastermind, our Studios is the spot.
