If you need a photo studio, production studio, or lifestyle space to create content for your business or yourself, this is the spot for you. The studio has professional photo and lighting equipment, so you can just show up and create. The hardest part about creating photo and video content is having the equipment and the space to do it, especially in the city. This is your space to show up, create, and stay motivated! The studio is located in a co-working building. It is one of the larger photo studios in the building (~1,000 SF) It's a corner unit that gets plenty of natural light (especially around golden hour). I recommend booking during daylight hours to take advantage of the light for photography and videography. The photo studio features a mix of white drywall and brick walls, large wood-framed picture windows, original wood floors, and exposed wood columns. The space is fully rearrangeable and open to suit your needs. There is currently a coffee table with a rug, a dining table and chairs, 2 mid-century modern stools, a leather mid-century modern couch, apple crates, a clothing rack, steamers, a mirror, and a few other props available. The photo studio space works as a white box shooting space for e-comm and social media content as well as a lifestyle space. If you need a specific color of seamless paper, please notify me in your messages and I will try to accommodate. This space is perfect for social media content, photography, videography, brand and e-commerce shoots, brand activations, fashion photoshoots or video shoots, and portrait work. You have access to the studio itself as well as the equipment inside. You also have access to the bathrooms located outside the studio in the hallway and the freight elevator. The bathrooms feature large mop sinks. This is not only a photo studio space, but a community space as well.
