About the Space
Soundstage and Recording studio with all amenities. Nestled in between Germantown and Mt Airy. Right down the street from Wissahickon State Park and up the block from an Ultimo Coffee shop. This option is great for large productions and events. Our facility is a blank slate primed with the resources you need to be creative. We offer free on-site parking and a complimentary 1-ton Grip and Electric package with every booking. *At this time we are not hosting social events*

General Rules
All clients must return the facility to its original state. All equipment, props, trash, etc. must be returned, disposed, or removed from the building by the end of the booking. The cyclorama must be returned to it original color of flat white. Any damages must be documented and addressed before the end of the booking.

Security cameras outside of the building, inside the Soundstage and Recording Studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take the current pandemic very seriously. To assist with social distancing we have installed monitors though out the studio for onsite remote viewing. We also offer private live streaming options. All persons entering the studio will be required to sign in, wear a face covering, and have their temperature checked.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
