About the Space

This space is a converted garage unit into an event space ideal for creatives who love a blank canvas!!!! Our main warehouse area has all white walls and has an open roof plan. Photographers, Decorators, Musicians, Artists, Dj's, and Social-Media Influencers all would love our space to create and bring their dreams to a reality. Also our place has two compartments where events can be held. One is for large group gatherings and the other can be for small gatherings or as a meet & greet space. The two parts consist of an office in the front and open space in the back. It is ideal for parties, small seminars, and/or courses. Location: Downtown Duluth, Ga (30 min from downtown Atlanta, Ga) Layout: 2-Part open office space in the front with laminate hardwood; door to an all white open converted garage space. Unique features: has a storage space upstairs for supplies that you may have for setting up; comes with multiple types of chairs)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

The host was very attentive to my needs. Very quick to respond to my questions. The space was open, well lighting, has ample parking and easy to locate.
