Open for private art exhibitions, product & business launches, masterminds, dinners and small celebrations, this converted Mid-Century Auto Garage is a diamond in the rough. The gallery is the exhibition space for an Award Winning Chicago Photographer and sits proudly in the Historic Beverly / Morgan Park Neighborhood in Chicago. Gallery lighting throughout, full kitchen, (1) full bathroom, private patio, large driveway, (12) stools, (6) highboy tables and black linens included. Surround sound Sonos speaker system throughout, 70” Television. A/C & Ceiling Fans. Private Patio, Catering, Bartending & Photography Services Available Upon Request for Additional Cost.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space & Clifton were amazing! He worked with him me in a time crunch for chairs. When I arrived on the day of my event, the tables were already up and the space was cleaned. Clifton helped with may set up we needed & helped with clean up at the end. It was the perfect place to have my mom’s memorial celebration!

I rented this space for my 45th Birthday Party and everything was amazing. Clifton and his staff were absolutely fantastic hosts for the evening. The artwork added a great touch for my event. I would definitely recommend this place for your special day!!

This space was amazing for my graduation party! We reserved the location months in advance just incase and had great communication throughout. With any last minute questions, I received clear responses in a timely manner. The venue itself is also amazing with the photographs, while having access to the kitchen and patio. All of our family members enjoyed this event as well!

FLYPAPER Gallery is a hidden gem in Beverly! I hosted a party for approximately 50 people with food, a silent auction, and music. My guests remarked how beautiful the space was and many inquired about renting. It was an added perk that my caterer and I could back our vehicles right up to the front door to load and unload. Clifton is a gracious and responsive host. He let me do 2 walk-throughs in advance of my event. He was on scene to assist with the sound system and other inquiries. He was pleasant and respectful to all of us. He's also a talented photographer whose work graced the walls during my event.

I booked the space for my baby shower- which was a bit non- traditional and I wanted a space that reflected that. It was absolutely beautiful and the owner is very accommodating and very friendly. All of my guests were asking about the venue. I would certainly recommend this space- while a little pricey- it’s definitely worth it.

Space was Amazing, Host was responsive to all questions and concerns, host was also friendly and very accommodating. Everything exceeded our expectations what A beautiful space everyone enjoyed themselves and the atmosphere. I would use this location again for sure without question.
