Available for rent is R&D Studio, a huge event space in INGLEWOOD! There is lots of character inside this 2,000 sq/ft., recently renovated building, with ceilings that are over 13’ high! With both pink and white decor through-out the entire building, the aesthetics are very pleasing. The space is made up of one huge main room with a stage, as well as a smaller front room, and a changing room, plus a bathroom, and a bar. It is located a couple of blocks from SoFi Stadium, and Hollywood Park Casino. Air conditioning is available. Also available for $55 flat fee is a projector and a blue tooth speaker system. 5 - 10 minutes from: - Downtown LA - 101 and 405 freeway - Hollywood *higher holiday rates apply Food Policy: - outside food and catering is allowed with and additional $100 clean up fee! Alcohol Policy: - allowed to be brought in and served (by individual or bartender) if you are NOT charging money for it. - if alcohol is being SOLD, a permit is required from the city of LA. We also have included (free of charge): - x 20 white plastic folding chairs, - x3 folding plastic tables Parking: - We have our own parking lot with tons of parking. There is a Barbie Box and lots of Flower decor that can be utilized for your photo or video needs. Please note that this is a 2000sq foot building. At the current prices, this is by-far the best price per square foot in this area that you will find. So if you need a large space, at a good price, then this is it! - All load-in/setup time and cleanup time must be included in the paid booking time. You will see that this is the rule for all other spaces on Peerspace as well. -Booking time begins from what time you say you will arrive, no rebates for late arrivals or early departures. Booking time ends when the last person is out of building and the building is locked up. There is a $200 fee for pickup or drop off of event items/decorations outside of booked rental time window and must be approved by us, to insure that items do not interfere with other bookings. If you wish for your event to be smoke friendly its an additional $299 fee.
