Customers love to use our space for various events including private parties, dinner parties, wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, fashion shows, model casting, video shoots, and more. We have floor-to-ceiling mirrors and windows allowing natural light, we have lighting, chairs, tables, and more! We have a Rooftop, 5 studio spaces, 4 restrooms with 5 showers, a parking lot, additional street parking, professional speakers, and top-quality professional lighting. No weddings are suggested unless booking the entire building, the entire floor or the Rooftop. That way you can ensure your quiet time. Setup and breakdown should be included in your rental time.
