Cozy podcast Ready content studio in River West! Space can be configured to whatever your shoot may need! Two spacious rooms, 1 podcast studio & 1 multi-purpose room, with furniture that can be moved around. Included Equipment with rental: 2x Neewer CB60B - Bicolor Constant Video Lights All Furniture 4x Dynamic Microphones (AUDIO export of podcast included with booking) Add-on Services - Video export of Podcast / Content - Podcast edit (must provide your own intro/outro elements) *Every booking will have an engineer in the studio to assist with setup, audio, and video (if you add the service) *Any changes to your booking must be made 12 HOURS in advance! NO SMOKING in the studio. You will be charged a fee if you smoke in the studio.

Space is cleaned before every booking. All surfaces are disinfected and floors are consistently vacuumed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
