Welcome to Lumina Lofts, a versatile and vibrant event space designed to illuminate your gatherings with creativity and warmth. Nestled in an open-concept setting, Lumina boasts an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a myriad of events. Included in your booking comes two 6ft tables and 10 black chairs so you can have a start to your decor! Whether you're planning an art gallery exhibition, an intimate dinner, or a dynamic masterclass, our space seamlessly adapts to your vision. We also host micro-weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, graduation and birthday parties. If you are looking for a professional space for podcasts, photo shoots, corporate meetings, seminars, or workshops, we have the equipment and set up for you! As an artist, use Lumina for your fashion shows, album release parties or art gallery. With its flexible layout and modern aesthetic, Lumina provides the perfect canvas for your event, blending contemporary design with a touch of sophistication. Illuminate your occasions with us, where the possibilities are as endless as the light that fills our unique venue. Hours of operation are 7am-11pm (Decor shown in the photos is for staged purposes and is not included in your booking. Booking comes with 2 tables and 10 chairs)

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Our experience was exceptional! The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail of our bridal shower event. Their professionalism and ability to anticipate our needs helped to make the planning process much easier. We purchased a decor package, and the decor perfectly captured the elegance needed for our theme. On the day of the event, their service was flawless. They ensured we had everything we needed and even provided valuable suggestions for our setup. The event space itself is beautiful, with large windows allowing for lots of natural light. The event space - from the bathrooms to the kitchenette - were spotless and in great condition. I highly recommend booking this venue and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Percy and Nia were nothing short of efficient ! They had great communication, adapted quickly when needed, were available at all times, and just great people inside and out . I would do a party with them 10 times over ! The event space was everything and everyone LOVED IT! I will definitely be using them again ! Thank you for making my 30th one to remember !

I booked this venue for my baby shower this weekend and when I say it was nothing short of amazing ! The space was very spacious and able to accompany my 30+ guest with no problem . The host were extremely accommodating & addressed any and all of my concerns, which were not many. They communicated from the beginning of my booking until the very end and were very helpful . I was so stressed about my event going as planned and the host made sure my event turned out nicely and without a hitch . Nia and Percy I couldn’t thank them enough for their professionalism and support during such special moment in my life . I’m forever grateful and couldn’t thank them enough . Everyone loved it ! I would highly recommend this space and am looking forward to booking with them again.
