Storefront space, totally open white space (floor, walls, ceilings) on two levels about 4500 square feet. Great for art openings, pop up shops, fashion shows. Back of space is very quiet which is ideal for video production and 24/7 load in/out and street level for no freight entrance. Access to an enormous volume of photography equipment. If you can imagine it, you can customize the space as you like!

We clean all areas of the space between guests which includes sweeping and mopping all areas of the space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
