Storefront space, totally open white space (floor, walls, ceilings) on two levels about 4500 square feet. Great for art openings, pop up shops, fashion shows. Back of space is very quiet which is ideal for video production and 24/7 load in/out and street level for no freight entrance. Access to an enormous volume of photography equipment.
