About the Space
The space is a venue for party, rentals, meetings and more. We have a large square room with natural lighting. We also have an outdoor space available under a 100 year old Banyan tree that is great for photos and for providing your guests outdoor seating. Decorate however you wish. Includes a foyer for fretting your guests and two large bathrooms This space is available for: - photo/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - film shoots - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Space is cleaned prior to each rental and after each rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
