We limit the number of guests per room according to the occupancy rules. We do not allow guests to invite additional visitors without our permission. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is not a registered guest or who causes disturbance to other guests or staff. We maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our rooms and common areas. We provide fresh linen, towels, soap, and other amenities to our guests. We disinfect all surfaces and objects regularly and dispose of any waste properly. We comply with the fire safety and security measures. We have fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency exits, and CCTV cameras installed on our premises. We instruct our guests on how to evacuate in case of an emergency and provide them with a contact number for assistance.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
