About the Space

Located right off the 15 and 8 freeways, this 680ft warehouse space is great for photoshoots, video interviews, workshops, and more. It comes with high speed internet, plenty of outlets and access to power. The attached, dock-level loading zone makes for easy unloading and offloading of equipment. In the same space, there is a green room/break room perfect for hosting crew and/or talent. To enter, you can enter through the front door, and walk through our reception and break room before getting into the warehouse space. Enhanced cleaning measures:

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
