About the Space
Creative media/offices in downtown Long Beach. DIRECT ACCESS* to blue line. Available for recording studio, film set, or on demand office space. Share a co-working space with local indie entertainment professionals. Third floor old school office is available 24/7 for filming. Furnished as seen in pictures. Any furniture or other items are allowed to be moved around for set dressing purposes. Multipurpose room can be used as pre-school, small class room, interrogation room, hospital room and use your imagination. In addition the multipurpose room is perfect for meetings, lectures, classes. Seats 20 comfortably with large screen monitor mounted high on wall. Space consist of 3 separate offices, larger multipurpose middle space room and reception desk area. Hallway between office, multipurpose room, and reception area. Good for smaller film crews as equipment and people should all be inside of space. Over flow into hallway or common areas of building outside the offices space is discouraged.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
