Welcome to the Beverly Creative Space. At over 1,660 square feet, this beautiful bright blank canvas space is perfect for your private event or production. This space features painted white wooden floors, clean white walls, high ceilings, is fully air conditioned, with natural lighting that is augmented by track lighting. The back area includes an extra large desk and work area for back office needs. One bathroom onsite. This is the ideal venue to hold not just a retail or gallery pop-up but also a gallery exhibition, a photoshoot, a fundraiser, networking event, or any professional event or personal gathering.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A professional cleaner is hired in between all bookings. Every area is thoroughly disinfected, and a HEPA filter is used on the premises to clean the air in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
