About the Space
Our photo and video studio is located in Franklin, TN and offers a 30' cyc wall and over 35' of natural light. Don't worry, the windows can easily be blacked out as well. The studio also offers multiple sets and shooting directions for your production needs. Lighting grids are also available for use. Bring your own lights or use what we have in place. Off hour flexibility available upon request. Ask about the current color of our cyc wall. New painting is an additional cost.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was our 2nd time to rent the space, and like our 1st time, the team was ready for us with the space prepared and cleared, G&E pulled as ordered. Very accommodating, kind and doing business as it should be done! A bonus is the Jura coffee machine, and available assorted teas and cold drinks. Thanks, Kingdom Story Company!

The host was responsive and the space was excellent for what we needed. There were gentlemen on site to even adjust some of the lighting options during our time there.
