This intimate 600 square-foot Pilates/Personal Training studio is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown Silver Spring. The space has high ceilings, rubber flooring and big windows. The studio is equipped with one Balanced Body Studio Reformer/Tower, one EXO chair, one Arc Barrel, mats, 2 magic circles, 2 suspension trainers (ie. TRX), dumbbells ranging from 2-30 lbs, kettlebells (35 and 50lbs), resistance bands, a Swedish ladder, Reebox step/risers, foam roller, medicine balls, and more. This space is ideal for private Pilates and/or Personal training for 1-3 people. The entrance is at ground level with no stairs and parking is right outside the door.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
