About the Space

Exceptional, elegant all black canvas event venue for baby showers, sweet 16s, wedding receptions, birthday parties, etc. Large open layout can fit up to 75 guests comfortably. The space will allow round, square, or rectangle seating. The event space has two private rooms, that can be used for dressing rooms in the event of a photo session or in between event wear, a clean sanitized restroom, and outdoor area that guest can use for barbecue and where guests can enjoy a smoke break. Space offers free high speed Wi-Fi, free on street parking and a free parking located conveniently across the street from the premises. We offer great party packages to fit every budget.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
