About the Space
This space is used as a training space and comes equipped with seating for 32 attendees, four 65-inch TV's, speakers, and a 150-inch projector are included. There are 16 tables with two chairs at each and a control table and computer at the back of the room. There is a counter at the back of the room for catering.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was great - as advertised and perfect for our group. Parking was easy, and host was responsive. Worked really well for us.

Horrible! I arrived at the location before my reservation time and was locked out for 2 hours. After two hours of talking to the host Carter via texts messages and his 3 colleagues via facetime … best he could do was offer a 50% refund. My meeting was unfairly delayed, the food I ordered for the meeting was cold, and I lost potential clients. DO NOT BOOK! The multiple glass door locks do not work properly and nobody is on site to help. Peerspace customer service team ran an investigation over 2 weeks into my evidence and decided ultimately to honor the host and not the customer who PAID ALMOST $500! This was my very first time using this app smh never again. I have shared this experience with all of the people I know and online.
