North Metro Fine art-inspired photography studio available for hourly rentals! a natural light photography studio for rent in the northern metro area for any event or occasion - family, newborn photos, branding sessions, boudoir photography, events, and more. Our space features large, south-facing windows with vast amounts of light no matter the weather conditions. The private building features a keyless entry, with 660 square feet of space so you can get plenty of variety in a short time without changing locations. Whether you need the studio for a one-hour session or all day minis marathon, we offer flexible pricing to match you and your clients' needs. We are also happy to welcome your pets with open arms, free of any additional charges. The Brooke Elisabeth Studio includes: A stand-alone, temperature-controlled building with privacy from street & passersby Entrance with key code lock for self check-in A private changing room Surround sound bluetooth speakers Large south-facing windows Multiple scene set ups to suit your needs

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
