Perfect for business meetings, photography sessions, day retreats (for individuals or groups), video or audio recordings, creative sessions, social media content and more! highlights of the space include: - kitchen, with access to all amenities (use of nespresso *must bring your own vertuo nespresso pods*, electric kettle, dishes & flatware, etc.) - living space, with comfortable seating and ample natural light with automatic shades in each room to adjust for various video/photography needs - patio, with screened porch, L-shaped outdoor couch, and 8-person table - backyard, with useable fire-pit (additional cost of $100 for use of 4-person hot-tub) - video/audio recording studio, with sound deadening. (*microphones, lighting, and video equipment can be utilized for an additional cost of $150) 10 people can fit comfortably indoors 15+ people can fit comfortably on the screened-in lanai The Outdoors: Little Bayou Park is within 100 yards of the space and boasts majestic live oak trees, water access, walking trails and overall beautiful scenery. Often rented as a venue for wedding ceremonies, this little park is a perfect spot to take breaks during long business meetings, or incorporate into team retreats! Optional Add-ons: - Use of equipment - 2 LED video lights on tripods, 2 SHURE SM58 microphones (with tripod stands, cables, and Focusrite interface), and 3-D camera are available for use (additional cost of $150) - Use of 4-seater hot-tub (additional cost of $100)
