Old Garage Studio was built 80 years ago in Williamsburg Brooklyn on a 100 x 25 feet lot. Originally a lumber warehouse and later a painter's studio, has been converted to a designer's loft that can be converted in more than one way for your needs. OGS is divided into two big spaces, the living/kitchen area and the studio/work area. Living/Kitchen: The living/kitchen area offers an open layout kitchen, dining, and living room setup. Ideal for meetings or break-out time over a coffee in the lounge area or around the kitchen island. The living quarters are equipped with a pristine hi-fi performance audio-visual system connected to AppleTV with a 60" Samsung Plasma screen. Two skylights in the living area provide ample daylight but are also easily covered to block daylight if in need of nighttime scenarios for filming production needs. The living area measures 43 x 25 feet. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for any kind of cooking scenario. Studio/Work: The studio/work area measures 33 x 25 feet with an automated garage door that when retracted provides a 12 x 10 feet opening to street level. The private driveway and garage door make it a breeze to load/unload equipment for your off-site event. The private driveway can easily accommodate parking for vehicles up to 30 feet long. The garage door can be fully blocked from street view and daylight with a custom-made dual curtain system. Professional studio panels allow ample light and block visibility from the street or you can use the blackout theater-grade curtains for full blackout scenarios. Inside the studio, the custom-built 4 x 8 feet working table can accommodate a meeting of 12 people on stools. The table is placed on wheels for ease of placement. Additionally, the studio area is furnished with two big comfy couches. The studio is equipped for all kinds of audio-visual presentations with a high-end audiophile system, a top-of-the-line 4K professional projector for up to 160 inches of presentations, and a plasma screen, all connected to Apple TV. Microphones are also available upon request. General Info: For ease of different setups all heavy furniture, plants, and kitchen island have been placed on wheels. Full roof access is available upon special request but approval will be determined per project details and will affect pricing.
