Beautiful Lake and City views within easy walking distance to major entertainment such as the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, Orlando Symphony, Amway Arena for sports and concerts and large city parks. The property sits on 3 city lots along a beautiful tree lined brick street with plenty of parking for the largest of productions or television series. Formal American Empire architecture designed by 2 well know architects in Washington DC and Beverly Hills, FL. Above a 5 car garage there is also a separate very large Carriage Home apartment with an additional 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, gourmet kitchen, separate laundry room and 2 private very large covered balconies - should you need separate or additional room on site location for your talent, security or programming / editing rooms. The oversized 5 car garage could be used for equipment and extras during your filming or programming / editing. Electric is run to driveway should your production need place on property for a motorhome or adding formalized outdoor baths. More than ample on street parking along the brick streets for the largest of productions. The Production or Event would need to provide property owners a Certificate Of Insurance (COI) / or Event Insurance to protect property and contents from damage and liability. Your C.O.I. is in addition to any base coverage by PeerSpace. Cleaning or site representatives are available based on the size of production. Nature park accross street for additional space for your staff, etc. Location has been used for large film and television productions as well as private events by the largest corporations and formal weddings. Property has large rooms and high ceilings capable of housing some of the largest film productions. Located within walking distance to downtown Orlando’s business district, the Dr. Phillips performing arts center and downtown high rises. Formal exterior with limestone finishes. Loction is within 20 minutes of the Orlando International Airport and walking distance to the the activities in Downtown Oralndo. Approx 20 minutes from the major attractions such as Disney / Universal / Sea World and the Orange County Convention Center. The base cleaning fee is for light touch-up only. It does not include should there be a need for removal of trash / debris, deep cleaning, repairs or putting the property back into same setup and condition. Custom rates for very small and very large productions. Custom rates available for multi-day and long term use.* Please inquire with owner before booking. We are experienced hosts for filming and productions that may be with short term notice and help with quick turnaround should you have a cancelation or needed change. Producer / organization to provide a certificate of insurance listing location owners as additional insured / certificate holders. COI for liability, property damage / property loss coverage for rented property. The base cleaning fee is only for light touch-up. Event / Production responsible for removal of trash / debris, deep cleaning, repairs or putting property back into same setup and condition. EIGHT (8) hour minimum for very small groups up to 10 persons. Groups over 10 persons are TWELVE (12) hour minimum to allow for your setup, take down and cleanup. Groups over 100 are very welcomed and have custom rates to account for larger size and extra time for prep / setup / the event or filming and the cleanup and set back into place afterward. We are experienced film and event hosts - even for those with short or last minute notice. Payment would need to clears Prior to use and your COI can be confirmed Prior to use. Our location is typically used for television and film productions and some other formal events. This location is Not rented like an airbnb - though some filming productions and very large events do occasionally make use of our location for 24 hours periods when needed. We also have a separate Carriage home apartment that may be available for use at additional cost. When booking location you would need to provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) from your organization ( Or your Event Insurance you can arrange from most any Insurance Agency for a small fee - if you yourself are not a business). Your coverage should include a minimum of 2 million for rented property damage & property and equipment of others and a minimum of 2 million for liability. Your COI to show location owners as additional insured & certificate holders with your organization and your insurance showing waiver of subrogation against homeowner and their homeowners insurance. Your COI will show your events liability coverage and rented property damage / loss coverage. We do offer special rates for long term / week long and reoccuring productions and filming projects. The quotes on PeerSpace on based on Total number of persons to be on site.
