With a separate entrance, mirrored walls, and a spacious layout, our dance studio provides an ideal space for rehearsals, classes, and choreography sessions. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned dancer or a dance instructor, our studio offers the perfect environment to express yourself through the art of dance.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
No food allowed in the studio space
Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness of the studio during and after the use
Turn the lights off after use.
Music Volume - Keep music at volume reasonable levels to avoid disturbances of neighboring spaces.
Security - Follow security procedures like locking the doors when leaving to protect the studio and ours contents
Supervision of minors - insure adequate supervision of minors

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned regularly. Frequency is based on the usage. Carpets are vacuumed and all high touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. The mirrors are cleaned with a glass clearer to ensure they are always clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
