- **Parking:** Please avoid parking on the street for more than 24 hours. - **Shoes:** Kindly remove shoes when inside the house. - **Furniture:** If you move any furniture, please return it to its original place before leaving. - **Garbage Disposal:** Do not place oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones, or other hard items in the garbage disposal. **Pool Guidelines:** - Adult supervision is required when children are in the pool. - No running, horseplay, or diving in the pool area. - No glassware is allowed around the pool. - Please avoid damaging indoor furniture or outdoor cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils. **Energy & Safety:** - Turn off lights, fans, AC, and the pool heater when not in use. - Keep all doors and the garage closed to prevent pests (we're located in the hills!). **Respecting the Neighborhood:** - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of noise. - Be courteous and considerate of our neighbors. **Prohibited Activities:** - No smoking inside or outside the property. - No drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. - The number of people and/or animals must be approved by the owner in advance. - No pets unless pre-approved by the owner. **Liability & Security:** - The owner is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. - The owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the property. - Guests who receive 2 complaints from neighbors, or a single police report, will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. - Security cameras are installed at all exterior entrances for your safety.
