About The Collective Workspace

Our design focused space has over 8,000 sq.ft on the main floor with 4 washrooms, a cafe kitchen fully equipped with appliances, 16 foot ceilings and tons of northern natural light. Wall murals, colors and banquettes line the space and give off a fun and light hearted energy and vibe. It is perfect for birthday parties, wedding celebrations, baby/bridal showers, corporate events, family reunions, filming, & so much more! -seating for up to 60 - 80 guests -space for up to 180 guests in cocktail style event -modern seating & lounge areas -built in speakers that play Spotify Location: Our space is located just south of Yorkdale Mall in Toronto and off of the 401 and Dufferin.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
