A Safe space, with two customized rooms, for creating visual and audible content including but not limited to podcasting, photoshoots, headshots, interviews, music videos, product photography, and more. OUR MINIMUM AMOUNT OF HOURS REQUIRED TO BOOK ARE 2 HOURS, ANY REQUESTS FOR LESS THAN 2 HOURS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In our space we also provide a PODCAST ROOM for $50/hr, also with a minimum requirement of 2 hours, if inquiring for the podcast room, please send an inquiry first so we can send a custom rate for you Here are the studio preliminary guidelines to keep in mind for your session in case you missed them when booking. Please let us know if you have any questions! Session Preliminaries: SEAMLESS PAPER - All Backdrops are free to use as background only. When you draw the paper all the way under your feet and step on it, it counts as a seamless pull. Each seamless pull is $20 *WHITE SEAMLESS IS NOT INCLUDED in your booking* PLEASE WRITE DOWN YOUR REQUIRED COLOR ON THE APPOINTMENT NOTES ON BOOKING LIGHTING EQUIPMENT ALL SESSION RENTALS COME WITH ONE STROBE LIGHT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY, ANY ADDITIONAL LIGHTING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE STARTING AT $25 PER LIGHT FOR THE DURATION OF THE SESSION RENTAL. - Please let the studio manager know of any and all equipment requests, as well as, please ask for the color backdrops we have available, MINIMUM 24 hours before arrival to ensure the proper equipment is available - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in or around the building, violations are subject to $800+ in damage fees, and/or emergency officials to escort off of the premises. *The landlord of the property also has their own separate 360 degree CPI surveillance, they do and have taken action on their own accord without notice, as a warning. - ABSOLUTELY NO urinating anywhere outside of the building, or outside of the bathroom facility within our unit, violators are subject to $800+ in damage fees, indecent exposure criminal charges, and/or emergency officials to escort off of the premises. *AGAIN, the landlord of the property also has their own separate 360 degree CPI surveillance, they do and have taken action on their own accord without notice, as a warning. - ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER EVER - No excessive alcohol allowed, violations are subject to $800+ in liability & operating without a permit & licensing fees, attorney/legal charges, and/or emergency officials to escort off of the premises - No spilling or spraying beverages in the building, violations are subject to $800+ in damage fees - Please clean after yourself to avoid cleaning fee of $150
 - No more than 8 people in the studio, and 3 cars in the parking lot are allowed - Please arrive on time, and make sure clean up begins 5-15 minutes before you studio session time concludes -Please bring your own backdrop paper/fabric if you do not wish to use/rent available backdrop paper/fabric on site for the rolling stand or traditional stand. Our rolling backdrop stand is equipped for 9ft wide rolls of paper ONLY. All other shorter width rolls can be setup with our manual backdrop stands. Please state your purpose for the usage of our studio space * Once I have your written confirmation that you have read the prelims and have sent a full description of the use of the studio (i.e. a photoshoot for a magazine cover) I will go ahead with accepting this booking!
