About the Space

Small events work well in the space with a capacity of 25 people. I recently had a womens banquet activity that was able to seat 25. It was setup as a small restaurant and then converted into an events house. There is a bar available and the layout is like a small coffee shop. There are two exit signs and the main floor has enough space to setup a karaoke or a dj and a dance floor. You won't have access to the back room but everything else is available for use. The unique part of the house is the wooded floors and a welcoming atmosphere. We can include the event tables and chairs and do the setup for you. Also you can bring your own catering g or we can order a catering for you.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
