About the Space

The Studio offers a modern and flexible layout, ideal for various events like baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, micro-weddings, and corporate events, as well as photo shoots and video shoots. The open floor plan serves as a blank canvas, allowing guests to personalize the space. Key amenities include 60″ round tables, Chiavari chairs, a Bluetooth speaker system, a prep sink, a full-size fridge/freezer, streaming music display, ADA compliant restrooms, free parking, an LED bar/drink station, and free WiFi. These features make it a versatile and convenient choice for different types of gatherings. Your rental includes our main space (39' x 30' square room with natural light as well as overhead lights), as well as our various other smaller rooms for staging to relaxing. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
